Hassle Exchanges & Returns

At Dress and Cure, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange and return policy from the date of delivery. If you need to return an item, rest assured that refunds will be initiated within 5 days after the returned items are picked up and successfully pass our quality checks. Please note that embroidery orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, all sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Prepaid Orders


For prepaid orders, a reverse shipment fee of FLAT Rs.100 per order will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies only to returns and not to exchanges, ensuring that your exchanged products arrive at no extra cost.

COD Orders

If you placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, refunds will be processed within 7 days, transaction details will be sent to your registered email address. Please remember that any COD handling charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.

Processing Exchanges

An exchange order will be initiated once the old order has been picked up. If our reverse pickup service is not available in your location, we kindly ask you to self-ship the product via a reliable courier service. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will promptly ship the exchanged product to you. (Our warehouse address will be provided upon request.)

Processing Returns


After your items are picked up for return, they will undergo thorough quality checks. Refunds will be initiated within 5 days after these inspections are completed. If our reverse pickup service is not available in your location, we kindly ask you to self-ship the product via a reliable courier service. We will process your refund once the returned items are delivered to our warehouse. (Please request our warehouse address as needed.)
